Description

_{Based off of the episode entitled, "Hefty's Heart", where he was infected by the 'Yellow Hate' disease caused by Gargamel.

But in this version, like how he was bitten by a flea infected by the disease, and was cured with the love for his friends in danger of Gargamel's clutches? Fast foward a few years later when Ashli/ Tiger Smurf comes along, and he gets infected again by a small animal (squirrel) that was infected by the same flea/ or fleas (you figure it out ).

So, Ashli worries and wonders why Hefty is acting up this way. And fears what will become of him if he doesn't have any love left in his heart. Seeing how in the actual episode that the disease is contagious, Ashli catches it too after kissing him (figuring that would cure him). Her symbol on her head turns into a yellow 'X', and she becomes just as nasty and 'unsmurfy' as a rotten apple.

Later on, the 2 infected couple are captured by some ugly creatures (almost more like the wartmongers) and are locked up in their dungeon. As usual, they both don't seem to care and not a bit worried what is going to happen. Next thing you know, they are brought from the dungeon to be use for a sacrifice ceremony upon the race of creatures for some known ritual for their leaders/ gods they praise (I don't know, I'll come up with something later).

So they take Ashli first to prepare her for the sacrifice. Hefty didn't realize that he felt he had to do something about it. But, he still didn't care. But when the creatures were ready to make the sacrifice, Hefty began to feel a sharp pain in his chest. His heart begins to pound fast as the yellow 'X' on both his arms slowly change back into his red heart tattoos. He knew in his heart he still had his love for Ashli very deeply. After he was finally cured, he beats off the creatures and saves Ashli from the unruling death.

Both Hefty and Ashli were able to escape from the creatures and their location and back to the Smurf Village. But noticing that Ashli was still infected by the Yellow Hate disease, they couldn't go back, unless Hefty found a way to cure her. Ashli, on the other hand, still didn't care and ignored the matter. Hefty tried his best to tell her how much he meant to her, and making sure he doesn't get infected again. And as usual Ashli didn't care. He begged and he pleaded, and she still ignored him. The last thing he did was take hold of her in an embracement. Ashli tried to break free. Tears began streaming down his cheeks as Hefty held her tighter. And he finally said to her that he loved her.

Ashli gave up on trying to break loose when she too felt a pain pierce into her heart. Realizing that Hefty truly cared and loved her so much, she too began to cry. And she hugged him back as the yellow 'x' on her forehead changed back into her symbol. Now both cured and happy as ever, they return to the village as the other Smurfs were relieved that Hefty and Ashli were safe and back home.

And that's how the story goes from beginning to end in this version. Boy, I should REALLY write a story about what I come up with. Especially with Ashli Smurf's story of how she became one of them and all that.
