:iconstormpenguin: commissioned this icon for :iconjcroxas:. I wasn't sure what certain kind of animation he wanted when SP told me of his friend's request. So, I made an evil laugh animation. :giggle:

I also couldn't make out how cartoony he wanted the pen tool, so I just made it the best way possible.
